Health Library Search

1. Login to the MyMoffitt Patient Portal - https://my.moffitt.org.
2. Click the Health Library Search button at the top of the page.
   

   

3. On the Health Library Search form, type in a topic you would like to receive more information.
4. Filter the information being searched by clicking on the dropdown arrow for the following.
   1. Category
      1. All Categories
      2. Health Issues
      3. Laboratory Results
      4. Medications

      

   2. Gender
   1. Any
   2. Male
   3. Female

   

   3. Age - type in the age that you wish to search.

   

5. Click the Search button to view the results.
