Account Settings and Sign Out

Account

  1. Login to the MyMoffitt Patient Portal - https://my.moffitt.org.
  2. Click the “. . .” link on the lower left hand corner of the page.
  1. Click Account from the menu.
  2. Click the Update account settings link.
  3. Here you may edit your name or email address by clicking the Edit link to the right of the section you wish to edit.

Notifications

  1. Login to the MyMoffitt Patient Portal - https://my.moffitt.org.
  2. Click the “. . .” link on the lower left hand corner of the page.

  1. Click Notifications from the menu.
  2. Here you may update the email address to where your notifications are sent; this email address may be different than the email address you use to sign-in to your account.  Enter the new email address; and click Save.

Patient Information

  1. Login to the MyMoffitt Patient Portal - https://my.moffitt.org.
  2. Click the “. . .” link on the lower left hand corner of the page.

  1. Click Patient Information from the menu.

  2. Personal Details, Address, Contact Information, Insurance Information and Personal Contacts will be displayed.
  3. Review information.
  4. If you need to make any changes, edit any information for:
    1. Personal Details
    2. Contact Information
    3. Insurance Information
    4. Personal Contacts
  5. Add any comments to explain the changes to My Profile.
  6. Click Send update request button at the bottom of the page.

Access Logs

  1. Login to the MyMoffitt Patient Portal - https://my.moffitt.org.
  2. Click the “. . .” link on the lower left hand corner of the page.

  1. Click Access Logs from the menu.

  2. The Access Logs display showing what was accessed, when it was accessed and by whom it was accessed.

Help

  1. Login to the MyMoffitt Patient Portal - https://my.moffitt.org.
  2. Click the “. . .” link on the lower left hand corner of the page.

  1. Click Help from the menu.

  1. On the left side of the page, the Help menu displays.

  2. It will default to the first category My Clinical Info.
    1. My Clinical Info
    2. My Messages
    3. Appointments
    4. Patient Information
    5. Invitation
  1. My Clinical Info displays answers to common questions regarding clinical documents.

  1. My Messages displays answers to common questions regarding messages.

  2. Appointments display answers to common questions regarding appointments.

  3. Patient Information displays answers to common questions regarding changes requested for the My Profile page.

  4. Invitation displays answers to common questions regarding claiming the invitation.

Languages

  1. Login to the MyMoffitt Patient Portal - https://my.moffitt.org.
  2. Click the “. . .” link on the lower left hand corner of the page.

  1. Click the drop down arrow next to English (United States).

  2. Click Español (Estados Unidos) to view the portal in Spanish.

Sign Out

  1. Login to the MyMoffitt Patient Portal - https://my.moffitt.org.
  2. Click the “. . .” link on the lower left hand corner of the page.

  1. Click Sign out from the menu to sign/log out of your portal account.
